Writing in the open

I'm writing my book, MySQL Simplified, in the open. My plan is to gradually release most of my book on this site until it's ready to be released in whole. Read it and let me know what you think!

Please note that this is a pre-release rought draft. It's not my best writing and the technical details could be wrong.
